Relationship with food
These things are possible:
-
Sitting down to a meal without having to think about your 'food rules'.

-
Listening to your body's hunger and fullness cues.

-
Being able to social with friends and family without fear or missing out.

-
Being able to enjoy the taste and texture of food without guilt or shame.

Who do we work with?
We work with clients that have a history of an eating disorder and are keen to work with a trained practitioner to support their body now. We do not recommend diets but rather a balanced approach to nutrition and tools that can help you connect to your bodies needs at this stage of your journey.

We work with clients who want to move away from diet culture and find a more neutral approach with food. Diet culture and rules are loud and this may be the path that you have been on for years, moving away from this can be difficult. Laura will support you to eat regularly, listen to your body's cues and find a way of eating that is right for your body.

We will support your whole body, talking about your digestion, sleep, stress response, hormones and immune system while we work together.
You don't have to do it alone
It's ok to seek help and support on your journey
When we work with clients to support their relationship with food it is common body systems are needing some extra support too.

We often see
- Low energy or fatigue.
- Lowered immune system.
- Digestive symptoms (bloating, cramps, heartburn, constipation or diarrhoea)
- Hormonal imbalances.
- A 'stressed' body.
- Low mood.
- Brain fog, poor concentration or poor memory.
- Poor sleep.
