ONE - TO - ONE CONSULTATIONS
ONLINE CONSULTATIONS NOW AVAILABLE
We are all individuals, our lifestyles are different and so tends to be the way that we approach our health. I offer three packages with differing levels of support from me. Each package will include an initial one-to-one consultation and review consultations. The 12 week and 6 month packages will have more touch points with me and will be better suited to someone who has a long standing, chronic condition, or if you would like more support through the process.
We can have a chat during the discovery call and together work out which package is best suited to you, right now. There is also an option to upgrade to another package if you decide to through your journey.
6 week package
1 hour initial consultation followed by a 6 week written nutrition and lifestlyle plan. This will be broken down into weekly aims and areas to focus on.
Meal plan and recipe book tailored to you, your food preferences and time constraints.
Three check in calls (20-30 minute review consultations). These will be booked in at our initial consultation and spaced out. In these sessions we will review your initial goal and chat through your successes in process.
12 week package
1 hour initial consultation followed by a written nutrition and lifestyle plan. This will be broken down into weekly aims and areas to focus on.
Meal plan and recipe book that is tailored to you, your food preferences and time constraints.
Five check in calls (approx 20-30 minute). This can be done on the phone or video call. This is a good opportunity to ask me questions discuss anything that you might be finding challenging and chat about the next 2 weeks.
6 month package
Price will be depending on level of support
The 6 month package is suitable for someone who is wanting longer term support. If this is something you are interested we can discuss it during our initial chat or through the process.
